Office Hours

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 4:30 for Dr. Semion        
Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00 Esthetics

Appointments

Appointments are an important part of your treatment, as time has been reserved specifically for you to talk with the doctor and receive treatment. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you might be asked to reschedule your appointment.

We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.

Payment & Insurance

We strive to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.

Our office staff will be glad to assist you with your insurance coverage. If you have insurance, we will help you receive the maximum benefits allowed under your plan. When you first visit our office, bring your current insurance card with you. If you change insurance companies or join another employer’s plan, please be sure to let our insurance department know.

We are preferred providers for Anthem Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield. Cigna and Health Net. (PPO Only).  We are not contracted with any Cover California Plans, including Pathway PPO offered through Anthem Blue Cross.  No Insurance accepted with Medi-cal Primary or Secondary.  

We will submit all insurance claims for you, excluding all non-contracted insurance companies. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 45 days.
